Todd came out to my mom’s house and did an excellent job. Even took photos and video of his work to show everything he did. Very pleased I went with the company that had the best reviews!

Cliff ad his team went above and beyond to take care of our home. He was very helpful with explaining how the cleaning of air ducts will go, his guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. It did cost a lot but I think for the professional service they provided its worth it. Month later I was having some AC cooling issues and I called cliff to come chk it out, he came same day and helped fixed issue without any charge! I def recommend this company!

I was looking for someone to come out and clean out my dryer vents for a reasonable price. I called and left a message for a quote and Cliff promptly gave me a call back, even though he was on vacation. He charges a very reasonable flat rate for the vent cleaning, no matter the size of your house. He scheduled me the weekend that he got back into town from his vacation, and I appreciated it because my dryer had stopped working due to the lint build up. He showed up right on time and got right to work. The whole process took about an hour. He even texted me 45 min before the apt time to let me know he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be a return customer!

My wife and I moved into our house about a month ago and our dryer vents were in much need of a cleaning. I called Superior Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning and left a message. Cliff returned my call within 10 minutes, gave me a quote, and was available for 7:30am the next morning. When he arrived, he went straight to work. Due to how filthy the dryer vents were and who knows how long it’s been since the previous owners had it cleaned, it took close to 2 hours. This type of cleaning normally takes 45 mins and Cliff didn’t even think to charge us more, even though he had to get into our garage attic and disconnect the vents and clean them a section a time. If you’re reading this review, look no further and book with Cliff! We will definitely hire Superior Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning again when the time comes!

Cliff showed up promptly early Sunday morning for a dryer vent issue. Our dryer stopped running with a D90 error which was something to do with the dryer exhaust air flow being blocked. He explained what was needed to be done. After couple of hours working on the issue, he got the problem fixed and our dryer is back in business. He showed us pictures and video clips of what he fixed. The job was completed above and beyond expectation. We will definitely use Superior Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

Our dryer vent had not been professionally cleaned in several years and we noticed it was taking longer for items to dry. Knowing that longer vents like our (that goes up through the attic) are more prone to collect lint and cause problems I started looking for a company to help me out. I checked out a few of the companies that advertise great deals, but when I got through to one of them, I learned that the price only applied to cleaning vents that are 10 feet or less in length. They would tell me know much more I’d pay when they looked at the vent. I wanted someone who was reputable, local, and great experience and would the job well for a reasonable price that was clear up front. I called Clint at Superior Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning. He came on time, answered all my questions, and did a great job. There may be cheaper services, but the price Clint quotes up front is what he sticks to regardless of the complexity of the job and the amount of time it will require for him to do it right. I’m glad to recommend his service.

I called 3 different companies, most of them quoted me an upfront service charge and were not clear about the services and total price we will be paying.

I also called Superior Air Duct Cleaning and Cliff called me back and explained in details of the procedures, asked me questions about our house and AC systems, then offered a reasonable price. Cliff also made it clear to me that there was not going to be surprises or hidden charges. We agreed on the price and I booked the service.

Cliff called the day before to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service, Cliff and his guy showed up promptly at 8am (with masks). Cliff walked me through the procedures so we know what to expect. They then went to work, cleaning air returns, vents, ducts, registers, and caulking openings/gaps between ducts and vents. They were thorough in each step. They finished the job after 3pm. Cliff took some before and after pictures of the ducts, gaps that he caulked and the register boxes; he recommended air filter type. We are happy with the service.

I have already shared our experience and recommended Cliff to friends. I wanted to leave this feedback here for those who are searching for great service from good people they can trust.
